Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with offshore and onshore teams to meet deliverables.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide status updates to end-users.
• Communicate with client-facing teams to improve processes.

• Utilize AI assets to improve accuracy and client initiatives.
