Job summary

Circana is seeking an experienced Manager, Client Sales Insights to support relationships with CPG and OTC clients, delivering actionable analytics and media insight. You will own parts of the measurement process, present tailored solutions, and collaborate with internal teams to drive client success.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, ability to manage multiple streams, and a proactive, agile mindset. This remote US role may involve some in-office time and NYC-area preferences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; tailor messages to stakeholders.
• Thrives in an evolving, agile environment.
• Proficient in Excel/Sheets and Slides.
• 1–2 years in insights/analytics or account management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interact with client agency and media publisher partners across NCS solutions.
• Own components of the measurement process—exposure collection, initial PowerPoint development, agency communication.
• Analyze data, perform QA, and provide insights and recommendations to clients.
• Manage workflows across targeting, optimization, measurement and clean room processes.
• Support client needs with critical thinking and strong service.
• Lead conversations with support from Managers with agency contacts on target building and optimization.
• Engage in annual client planning.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver client solutions and resolve issues.
