Job summary

Subsplash is seeking an Account Manager on the Client Success Team to build strong relationships with our 14,000+ clients and maximize value from our SaaS platform. This remote role supports US-based clients, with proactive outreach by phone and email to boost adoption and retention.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in Sales, Client Success or Account Management, a customer‑focused mindset, and a willingness to travel occasionally for client visits. Comp range $50k–$55k, OT&E potential.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of Sales, Client Success, or Account Manager experience.
• SaaS platform experience preferred.
• CRM experience (Salesforce preferred).
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
• Proficient at prospecting and online profiling.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with targeted clients via phone and email communication.
• Inform clients of new products and features and value of Subsplash platform.
• Help clients succeed in their utilization and implementation of Subsplash products.
