Subsplash is hiring an Account Manager for the Client Success Team. You will nurture client relationships, promote platform value, and drive adoption to maximize retention and recurring revenue. Prior SaaS/CRM experience and 1–2 years in sales or client success are preferred.

This full-time role reports to the Client Success Manager and supports customers across the US. Occasional travel may be required, with remote work possibilities depending on location.

Qualifications

• Sales, Client Success, or Account Manager background (1–2 years)
• Willingness to travel occasionally
• Experience with SaaS platforms, apps, analytics or databases preferred
• CRM experience (Salesforce preferred)

Responsabilités

• Build relationships with targeted clients via phone and email
• Inform clients of new products and features and value of Subsplash platform
• Help clients succeed in their utilization and implementation of Subsplash products
• Align with the Client Success Team to increase retention and recurring revenue
