Job summary

Subsplash is seeking an Account Manager for the Client Success Team. The role focuses on delighting clients, increasing retention, and growing recurring revenue by guiding clients through the platform and best practices.

Based in the United States, this Full-time position offers a base salary of $50,000–$55,000 per year with an on-target earnings range of $68,000–$82,000. Remote work is available only for eligible states.

Qualifications

Sales, Client Success, or Account Manager background with 1-2 years of experience.
Motivation for sales and commitment to team mission.
Proficient at prospecting and online profiling.
Experience with SaaS platforms, apps, analytics, data, or databases preferred.
CRM experience (Salesforce preferred).
Willingness to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

Build relationships with targeted clients via phone and email communication
Inform clients of new products and features and value of Subsplash platform
Help clients succeed in their utilization and implementation of Subsplash products
Collaborate with sales and client success to drive retention and revenue
