Qualifications

• 3+ years in sales, account management, or hybrid revenue roles.
• Proven ability to grow a book of business and drive retention.
• Experience balancing high-volume inbound with outbound prospecting.
• Skilled in navigating multi-contact organizations and closing deals.
• Proficient with CRM and sales enablement tools (Salesforce, Outreach, G-Suite, Slack).

Responsibilities

• Hit and exceed revenue targets and metrics.
• Manage a high volume of inbound leads and outbound expansion.
• Create tailored quotes using CharterUP’s marketplace tech.
• Maintain accurate quoting and CRM documentation.
• Close new customers and expand recurring ones.
• Collaborate with peers on performance reviews to refine tactics.
• Prioritize high-value accounts to maximize revenue.
