Job summary

CharterUP is rapidly expanding its remote-first sales team. As a Client Solutions Partner, you will close new customers and expand recurring ones while managing a high-volume book of business.

You will drive revenue through inbound and outbound activity, delivering accurate quotes and excellent customer experiences. You will leverage CharterUP’s technology stack, maintain Salesforce records, and collaborate cross-functionally to maximize account value and renewals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in sales, account management, or hybrid revenue roles, with strong performance metrics.
• Proven ability to grow a book of business, increase spend, and drive retention.
• Skilled in navigating multi-contact organizations and closing across varied customer types.
• Proficient in CRM and sales tools (Salesforce, Outreach, G-Suite, Slack) with disciplined follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Hit and exceed metrics: conversion, revenue, outbound/inbound activity, repeat bookings, and account growth.
• Manage high-volume inbound leads and drive outbound reactivation and expansion.
• Quote trips using CharterUP’s marketplace technology to minimize friction in booking process.
• Maintain CRM documentation and ensure accurate quoting and call notes.
