Job summary

CharterUP, LLC is seeking a Client Solutions Partner to drive revenue in a remote-first environment. You’ll handle high volumes of inbound demand while pursuing outbound opportunities, owning a book of business and ensuring repeat bookings.

You’ll use Salesforce, Outreach and other tools to quote, close and manage accounts, with a fast-paced culture and clear growth path through performance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in sales, account management, or hybrid revenue roles.
• Experience growing a book of business and driving retention.
• Proven ability to balance high-volume inbound with outbound prospecting.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, Outreach) and sales enablement platforms.

Responsibilities

• Hit and exceed revenue metrics, manage inbound and outbound activity, and grow key accounts.
• Leverage CharterUP’s marketplace to generate accurate quotes and close deals.
• Maintain disciplined call patterns and follow-up to sustain conversion velocity.
• Close new customers and expand recurring ones across a portfolio of high‑value accounts.
• Ensure accurate quoting and CRM updates across Salesforce, Outreach, G‑Suite, Slack.
• Collaborate with leadership on post‑mortems and performance reviews to improve tactics.
