Qualifications

• 3+ years in sales or account management or hybrid revenue roles.
• Proven ability to grow a book of business and drive retention.
• Balanced high-volume inbound with targeted outbound prospecting.
• Proficient in CRM and sales enablement tools with disciplined follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Hit and exceed metrics: conversion, revenue targets, and account growth.
• Manage high inbound volume while driving outbound reactivation and expansion.
• Generate tailored quotes using marketplace tech to minimize booking friction.
• Maintain call patterns for conversion velocity and consistent follow-up.
• Close decisively, build trust, and drive repeat business from high-value accounts.
• Ensure accurate quoting and CRM documentation across systems.
