CharterUP is hiring a Client Solutions Partner to drive revenue in a remote-first US role. You’ll manage inbound/outbound opportunities, close new business, and expand recurring accounts with precision and urgency.

You’ll quote accurately using our marketplace tech, update CRM and collaborate with Sales leadership to hit aggressive targets. This is a remote-first role with growth opportunities and nationwide responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales, account management, or hybrid revenue experience.
• Proven ability to grow a book of business and drive retention.
• Experience balancing inbound with outbound prospecting and account development.
• Skilled at navigating multi-contact organizations and opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Hit and exceed revenue targets, manage conversions and activity.
• Handle high volume inbound leads and outbound expansion.
• Quote accurately using CharterUP marketplace tech.
• Maintain CRM updates and clear call documentation.
• Close new business and expand recurring accounts.
• Collaborate with leadership on performance reviews and tactics.
