Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide telephone consultation and support to CXO level customers.
• Explain complex banking concepts and financial data to clients.
• Lead or assist complex software installations and deployments.
• Perform risk analysis, financial model validations and cash flow studies.
• Maintain and update customer databases and logs of activities.
• Capture customer feedback for product development and improvement.
• Support Sales with customer referrals and domain expertise.
• Coordinate enterprise-wide updates for service bureaus and clients.
