Job summary

Account Control Technology is seeking a Remote Client Services Representative (EST & CST) to support clients from home. The role includes handling inquiries, researching account and billing information, and generating reports as needed to keep clients informed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent work experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Research data regarding account and billing information to validate debts.
• Handle daily client requests via telephone, email, fax and mail.
• Produce reports for clients as requested by clients.
• Dependent upon position, learn new computer platforms/systems.
• Knowledge, understanding, and compliance with all applicable Federal, State, and Local laws & regulations.
• Knowledge, understanding, and compliance with TS I policies and procedures.
• Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Provide feedback to management concerning possible problems or areas of improvement.
• Make recommendations to implement improved processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
