Job summary

Supporting Strategies is seeking a Client Account Associate to work closely with a Portfolio Manager and a dedicated team to support a portfolio of clients. You will perform day-to-day bookkeeping tasks and communicate with clients to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and consistency in deliverables.

You will collaborate daily with teammates to align on priorities, flag issues early, and maintain a smooth client experience while working remotely from home.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
• At least five (5) years’ practical bookkeeping/accounting experience.
• Experience using QuickBooks and/or similar cloud-based accounting software in a professional organization.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Support and help manage a group of clients under a Portfolio Manager.
• Handle day-to-day bookkeeping tasks and ensure accuracy and timeliness.
