Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management experience.
• External candidates: 3+ years of legal admin, paralegal, compliance, or settlement experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Legal Studies, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience mentoring and developing project teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management platforms.
• Experience with data workflows, document review processes, and legal technology.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full project lifecycle from strategic planning through delivery, aligning with client objectives and standards.
• Own the service delivery relationship for strategic client accounts with proactive communication and issue resolution.
• Provide supervision, coaching, and performance development for Project Managers and teams.
• Oversee QA and enterprise-wide process improvements ensuring SLA compliance and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Drive project forecasting, financial stewardship, and resource planning.
