Qualifications

• Solid understanding of eDiscovery and the litigation support industry (2+ years in PM roles)
• Strong oral and written communication with leadership presence
• Excellent client relationship skills and ability to manage expectations
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects and teams
• Understanding of database design, data processing, and legal document review requirements

Responsibilities

• Owns the service delivery relationship with key client representatives.
• Drives client satisfaction through effective coordination and communication of deliverables.
• Executes project forecasts and schedules as directed by senior PM or CS Director.
• Ensures requirements are met with quality and accuracy through routine communication.
• Maintains up-to-date project status records and reports to clients and internal partners.
• Leads with professionalism and serves as the primary face of Epiq's service delivery.
