Job summary

Epiq Systems, Inc. is seeking an Associate Client Services Manager to lead a client‑dedicated team of PMs and Analysts, coordinating project execution and ensuring service quality across the client portfolio.

You will partner with the Client Services Manager and Senior Project Manager to maintain account strategy, service standards, and client relationships, while guiding delivery and process improvements in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of eDiscovery experience in a law firm, corporate legal dept, or provider.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor project management or technical teams.
• Strong multitasking, prioritization, and client‑facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a client‑dedicated sub‑team of PMs and Tech Analysts.
• Coordinate project execution, resources, schedules, risks, and delivery.
• Maintain client satisfaction through proactive communication and reporting.
• Escalate risks and issues with recommended next steps promptly.
• Support onboarding, training, and performance development of the team.
