Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management experience.
• External candidates: 3+ years of legal admin, paralegal, compliance or settlement experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Legal Studies, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent experience preferred.
• Proven success leading complex, multi-stakeholder projects and managing strategic client relationships.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead full project lifecycle from strategic planning through delivery.
• Translate client and court requirements into scalable project plans.
• Own service delivery relationships for strategic client accounts.
• Represent Clients Services in high-level discussions with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Provide supervision, coaching and performance management for project teams.
• Champion collaboration across data, legal, analytics and operations teams.
• Oversee quality assurance, SLA compliance and process improvement.
• Drive project forecasting, financial stewardship and resource planning.
