Job summary

1100 Epiq eDiscovery Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager of Client Services to lead client relationships and manage assigned projects with effective coordination and execution.

You will drive client satisfaction, oversee forecasts, and ensure high-quality delivery in coordination with internal partners. The role requires 2+ years in project management within legal or eDiscovery settings, strong communication, and leadership presence.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in project management within law firms, corporate legal departments or eDiscovery providers.
• Experience managing multiple simultaneous projects.
• Oral and written communication skills with leadership presence.
• Excellent client relationship skills and ability to manage expectations.
• Knowledge of database design, data processing, and legal document review requirements.
• Ability to develop project plans and manage budgets and billing information.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with key client representatives to own the service delivery relationship.
• Drive client satisfaction through coordination and communication of client deliverables.
• Execute project forecasts and schedules as directed by the Sr. Project Manager or Client Services Manager.
• Verify requirements and communicate with client and internal partners.
• Provide proactive client communications and escalate issues as needed.
• Maintain up-to-date records on project status.
• Demonstrate leadership to clients and internal partners.
• Serve as primary public face of Epiq’s service delivery.
