Job summary

The Project Manager of Client Services at Epiq will lead the delivery of services for strategic client relationships in a fast-paced eDiscovery environment. You will coordinate projects, guide teams, and ensure timelines and quality expectations are met while maintaining proactive client communication.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in project management within law firms or eDiscovery providers, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to balance client needs with company

Qualifications

• 2+ years of project management experience in eDiscovery or litigation-support industries.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong oral and written communication with leadership presence.
• Excellent client relationship skills and ability to align client needs with capabilities.
• Understanding of database design, data processing, and legal document review.
• Ability to plan, develop project plans, monitor deadlines, and manage budgets/billing.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison with key client representatives to own service delivery.
• Drive client satisfaction through coordinated delivery of client deliverables.
• Execute project forecasts and schedules as directed by Sr. PM or Client Services Manager.
• Ensure requirements are met with high quality by verifying progress with client and internal partners.
• Provide proactive client communication and escalate issues when needed.
• Maintain up-to-date project status records.
• Demonstrate leadership to clients and internal partners, delivering objectives professionally.
• Represent Epiq as the primary face of high-quality service delivery.
