Job summary

Epiq is seeking a Project Manager of Client Services to lead and coordinate client relationships through complex project management in the eDiscovery space. The role focuses on delivering high-quality service, managing expectations, and driving client satisfaction across multiple projects while working with internal teams.

You will be the primary liaison with clients, ensure timely delivery, and represent the firm’s standards and values while advancing professional growth and collaboration

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of eDiscovery and the litigation support industry.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong oral and written communication with leadership presence.
• Excellent client relationship skills and ability to manage expectations.
• Knowledge of database design, data processing, and legal document review.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with key client representatives to own the service delivery relationship.
• Drive client satisfaction through coordination and communication of deliverables.
• Execute project forecasts and schedules as directed by senior PM.
• Ensure requirements are met with high quality and accuracy.
• Maintain up-to-date project status records and provide proactive client updates.
• Demonstrate leadership to clients and internal partners.
• Act as primary public face of Epiq's high-quality service delivery.
