Blacksmith Agency is a remote digital agency specializing in paid media, SEO, CRO and web for marketing-led brands. As Client Services Manager you own an established book of recurring clients, maintain relationships, secure renewals, and drive growth.

Our sales team brings in new clients; you keep them and expand the account with upsells. You will work with strategists and delivery teams to present a unified voice while hitting a seven-figure annual quota.

• Experience managing agency clients in marketing, digital, or advertising.
• Proven track record of retaining clients and growing spend.
• Comfort with handling a sales quota.
• Strong, calm communication with senior client stakeholders.
