Job summary

Gallagher is seeking a remote Client Service Manager for our small business division to deliver exceptional service and build strong client relationships. You will work with the sales team to meet goals, drive improvements, and demonstrate Gallagher's value across the client base.

You will partner with internal teams to address risk management needs, mentor staff, and ensure compliance while managing multiple priorities with a focus on quality and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 1+ years client service and/or claims experience, or a high school diploma with 3+ years in client service and/or claims.
• Property and Casualty Insurance License.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Take a leadership role in the renewal process to deliver high-quality, timely solutions to clients.
• Secure existing business and drive sales of additional services and lines of coverage.
• Nurture relationships with buyers and client representatives.
• Guide team members in addressing a client's risk management needs via consultative conversations.
• Mentor Client Service team members through learning, feedback, and development.
• Conduct periodic audits to ensure compliance standards and service levels.
• Maintain accurate client and policy data within Gallagher's systems.
• Leverage Gallagher technology to improve productivity and quality.
• Effectively manage multiple competing priorities.
