Job summary

Gallagher is seeking a remote Client Service Manager for our small business division. You will deliver exceptional customer service, renewals, and risk-management guidance while collaborating with the sales team to meet client goals.

You will build strong relationships with clients and internal teams, mentor staff, and ensure accurate data and processes within Gallagher’s systems. A proactive, consultative approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 1+ years client service and/or claims experience OR High School diploma with 3+ years client service and/or claims experience.
• Property & Casualty Insurance License required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Take a leadership role in the renewal process to ensure top-quality solutions for clients.
• Secure existing business and drive sales of additional services.
• Nurture relationships with buyers and client representatives.
• Guide team members in addressing client risk management needs through consultative conversations.
• Mentor team through learning, feedback and development.
• Conduct audits to ensure compliance and service levels.
• Maintain accurate client and policy data in Gallagher system.
• Leverage Gallagher technology to improve productivity and quality.
• Manage multiple priorities effectively.
