Gallagher, a remote Client Service Manager role in our small business division, seeks candidates to deliver exceptional customer service to a diverse client base. You will lead renewal efforts, secure additional services, and nurture relationships with buyers and client representatives, guiding the team through consultative risk management discussions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with 1+ years client service/claims management experience
• Property and Casualty Insurance License
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Lead renewal process to ensure high-quality solutions for clients
• Secure existing business and drive sales of additional services
• Nurture relationships with buyers and client representatives
• Guide team in addressing client risk management needs through consultative conversations
• Mentor Client Service team members through learning and feedback
• Conduct periodic audits to ensure compliance standards and service levels
• Maintain accurate client and policy data in Gallagher system
