Qualifications

• Experience in answering a variety of inbound calls from customers or policyholders, using scripted prompts.
• Ability to verify customer insurance coverage and deductible amounts.
• Comfortable handling confidential information in a structured environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in filing glass claims by guiding them through the process during live calls.
• Enter claim data accurately into production systems while on the call.
• Schedule repairs or recalibration services at Safelite locations or partner shops per customer preference.
• Provide solutions to resolve customer questions and concerns with accurate product/service information.
