Job summary

Safelite is seeking a remote customer care professional to handle inbound calls, verify insurance details, and guide customers through glass claim processes. You will enter data in real time and coordinate scheduling for repairs or recalibration with care and accuracy.

The role requires 16+ years of age, a High School Diploma, and a dedicated home workspace. We offer a structured, performance-based environment with paid training and weekly pay, plus benefits and tuition support.

Qualifications

• Experience in a contact center or customer service role.
• Comfortable in a highly structured performance-based environment.
• 16+ years of age and High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work remotely with a dedicated, distraction-free workspace.

Responsibilities

• Answer a variety of inbound calls from customers, policyholders, or agents using scripted prompts.
• Enter claim data into production systems while on a live call.
• Guide customers through filing a glass claim with empathy and accuracy.
• Verify customer insurance coverage and deductible amounts and communicate details.
• Assist customers with scheduling repair or recalibration services at a Safelite location or partner shop.
• Utilize provided systems to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Resolve customer concerns and provide accurate product/service information.
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
