Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years of client service and/or claims management experience.
• Property and Casualty Insurance License is required or must be obtained.

Responsibilities

• Manage renewal processes by gathering client information and delivering tailored solutions.
• Identify gaps in coverage and coordinate with carriers to secure or expand coverage.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and provide exceptional service.
• Mentor team members, delegate tasks, and provide constructive feedback to promote growth.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure regulatory compliance and high service standards.
