National Debt Relief is seeking commission-driven Client Loyalty Specialists (Retention Agents) to support clients at risk of canceling their service. This full-time remote role offers flexible ET schedule options and a start window, with responsibilities including inbound/outbound calls, rapport-building, and documenting discussions in Salesforce.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of phone-based experience in sales, collections, banking, or loan services with a strong focus on persuasion and account management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills.
• Experience in sales and account management, consistently meeting or exceeding performance expectations.

Responsibilities

• Engage and retain clients at risk of canceling their enrollment through inbound and outbound calls, email, and digital channels.
• Build quick rapport with clients and apply persuasive rebuttal skills and problem-solving strategies to keep clients in the program.
• Follow established quality guidelines to ensure clients are cared for with integrity.
• Show the values and benefits of the program to clients.
• Document client discussions clearly using Salesforce CRM.
• Meet performance criteria set forth by management (subject to change).
• Adhere to National Debt Relief and Retention department policies and procedures.
