Job summary

Pace is seeking a Client Project Coordinator in Mansfield, MA. This on-site role includes a remote option but requires proximity for training and onsite availability.

You will support the Project Management team, coordinating client requests and ensuring smooth setup and execution of projects. Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in business administration, chemistry, biology, or a related field and at least one year of customer service experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, chemistry, biology, or a closely related field.
• One (1) year of customer service experience.
• Well-organized with strong attention to detail and task prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project management forms, documents, databases, and related information.
• Serve as a liaison for client project needs to ensure successful setup.
• Direct client calls and requests to the appropriate Project Manager.
• Schedule and enter bottle orders into the container order system.
• Review login dashboards and update information and confirmations as needed.
