Job summary

Pace Analytical Services LLC in East Longmeadow, MA is seeking a Client Project Coordinator. This on-site role supports the Project Management team with intake, setup, and client coordination, with compensation at $18.00 per hour and a Monday–Friday 7:00 AM–3:30 PM schedule.

An entry-level remote position is noted, but the candidate must be within driving distance of the East Longmeadow lab; a New England focus is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, chemistry, biology, or a closely related field.
• One year of customer service experience or equivalent.
• Well-organized with strong attention to detail and task prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee, review, complete, and process project management forms and related information.
• Serve as a liaison for client project needs and guide internal Pace teams.
• Direct client calls and requests to the appropriate Project Manager for follow-up.
• Schedule and enter bottle orders into the container order system.
• Review login dashboards and update information and confirmations.
• Assist with budgets, timelines, materials, staffing, and project requirements.
