In this on-site role with remote possibility, you’ll liaise between clients and project managers, ensure smooth intake, setup, and execution of client work, and help manage documents and orders.

Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in business, chemistry, biology, or related field, at least one year of customer service experience, and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and process project management forms and data.
• Act as liaison for client project needs to ensure setup.
• Direct client calls to the appropriate Project Manager.
• Schedule bottle orders into the container order system.
• Review dashboards and update confirmations as needed.
• Support budgets, timelines, materials, and staffing.
