Job summary

Pace® Analytical Services is hiring a Client Project Coordinator in Mansfield, MA. This on-site role provides coordination between the Project Management team and sample receiving/log-in to ensure smooth intake, setup, and execution of client work.

This is a remote opportunity, but training and onsite availability require proximity to one of Pace labs. You will oversee project forms, liaise with internal teams, manage client communications, and support budgets, timelines, and compliance.

Qualifications

• One year of customer service experience.
• Well-organized with strong attention to detail and task prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project management forms, documents, databases, and related information.
• Serve as a liaison for client project needs to internal Pace teams.
• Direct client calls and requests to the appropriate Project Manager for follow-up.
• Schedule and enter bottle orders into the container order system.
• Review login dashboards and update information and confirmations as needed.
• Assist with project management and cross-functional initiatives including budgets and timelines.
• Interpret and apply department policies; assist with compliance to laws and regulations.
• Contribute to departmental efficiency by suggesting improvements.
• Promote Pace's mission through professional interactions with clients and coworkers.
