Blacksmith Agency LLC is a remote digital agency focused on paid media, SEO, CRO and web for marketing-led brands. As Client Partner you own an established book of recurring agency clients, retaining them and driving growth.

You will work with the sales team to win new clients, while keeping them and expanding the relationship with strategic upsells, guided by a seven-figure annual quota. You’ll collaborate with strategists and the delivery team to ensure a single voice for the client.

Qualifications

• Experience in agency account management across marketing, digital, creative or advertising fields.
• Proven track record of keeping clients and selling more work with measurable results.
• Comfort carrying a quota and guiding senior stakeholders with clear communication.
