Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC is a remote digital agency delivering paid media, SEO, CRO and web for marketing-led brands. As Client Partner you own an established book of recurring agency clients and work with our sales team to win and grow them.

You will keep clients, grow revenue through upsells, and coordinate with strategists and delivery teams to ensure a single, clear client voice. This is a full-time remote role across the USA/Canada with a base plus commission and a 50/50 split.

Qualifications

• Agency account management experience.
• Proven track record of retaining clients and selling additional work.
• Comfort carrying a quota and communicating with senior stakeholders.
• Strong verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Retain across your book: manage relationships and renewals.
• Upsell and expansion: find the next project within each client and sell it.
• Maintain a seven-figure annual quota across retention and upsells.
• Collaborate with strategists and delivery teams to present one clear client voice.
