Blacksmith Agency LLC seeks a Client Partner to own and grow an established book of recurring agency clients. You will retain accounts, drive expansions, and work with the sales team to win new business while keeping clients engaged and profitable.

You will partner with strategists and the delivery team to ensure a single, clear voice for clients and deliver seven-figure annual quota attainment across retention and upsell efforts.

Qualifications

• Agency account management experience.
• Proven record of retaining clients and selling more work.
• Comfort carrying a quota and communicating with senior stakeholders.
