Job summary

Road to Rev llc is hiring a Client Operations Specialist to streamline client engagements and support sales, working remotely during Central time business hours. You will manage campaigns, automate repetitive tasks, and ensure accurate client work while partnering with leadership.

In this role you’ll onboard new accounts, run weekly reports, QA sales communications, and build scalable processes. You will report directly to the founder and enjoy performance bonuses tied to client retention.

Qualifications

• You must be living and working full-time in the United States.
• One to three years in agency operations, client success, or a comparable role.
• The grit to work a problem on your own until it is solved and carry it to the finish line.
• Exceptional organization to manage many moving pieces across multiple accounts.
• Comfort in a fast-paced startup where priorities shift and processes evolve.

Responsibilities

• Supporting leadership on client accounts, operational projects, and day-to-day work that keeps the business moving.
• Running client communication, including onboarding calls, weekly reporting, and account health conversations.
• QAing sales communications, creating automations and documentation to support efforts, and solving day-to-day problems.
• Configuring new client accounts in the CRM, including account architecture, campaign infrastructure, and calling setup.
• Building and refining prospect lists as campaign targeting evolves.
• Monitoring campaigns and systems, and resolving issues before they reach a client.
