Responsibilities

• Regularly interact with new, existing and potential customers across multiple services.
• Maintain ongoing relationships with customers and ensure retention of their business.
• Implement policies and procedures to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to assist in closing new and upsell opportunities.
• Understand customer expectations and deliver desired results in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with established processes and procedures for services and systems.
• Champion process optimization: identify and implement solutions to streamline processes, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency.
• Engage with onshore and offshore resources to ensure SLAs and high-quality results.
• Work directly with partners, stakeholders, and customers to ensure clear communication and priorities.
• Support projects for new technology insertion and integration with current infrastructure.
• Provide onsite support as required and ensure coverage during core business hours.
• Document processing — accurately manage document submissions, updates, and related tasks.
