Job summary

Anavah Talent is a U.S.-based recruiting and staffing firm seeking a Client Operations Lead to own the client experience from kickoff through successful placement. This remote, full-time role blends client success, project management, recruitment delivery, and operations to scale our delivery processes and SOPs.

You’ll work across leadership and recruiting teams to build systems that streamline engagements, monitor pipelines, and drive proactive updates for clients across searches.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Client Success, Account Management, Project Management, Recruitment Operations, or a similar role.
• Experience managing multiple clients or complex projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional written and verbal English communication.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally without direct authority.
• Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day client relationships throughout active searches.
• Lead client kickoffs and establish communication cadence and expectations.
• Coordinate with recruiters to keep searches moving.
• Monitor pipelines, interviews, feedback, offers, and onboarding.
• Identify bottlenecks and elevate risks proactively.
• Keep clients informed of progress, challenges, and next steps.
