Job summary

10X ERP is seeking a Client Engagement Specialist to nurture our growing customer base after onboarding. You will answer questions, troubleshoot with engineers, and own regular check-ins with key accounts. You’ll help implement features like B2B storefront, EDI, and 10X Insights, and visit clients on-site for consults when required.

You’ll work remotely across the US, stay in touch through the client hub and CRM, and collaborate with onboarding, sales, and engineering to maximize client value.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer success, account management, or technical support at a software company.
• Strong ability to run a support queue end-to-end and close every request with the client.
• Excellent communication with clients under pressure and ability to explain complex issues clearly.

Responsibilities

• Answer and resolve support requests using our tools and coordinate with engineers for fixes.
• Maintain regular contact with key accounts through check-ins and reviews.
• Implement features/add-ons like B2B storefront, EDI, and 10X Insights when appropriate.
