National Debt Relief is seeking commission-driven Client Loyalty Specialists to support clients at risk of canceling their service. The position requires 2+ years in phone-based sales or related fields, a high school diploma, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of phone-based experience in sales, collections, banking, or loan services with a strong focus on persuasion and account management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage and retain clients at risk of canceling their enrollment through inbound and outbound calls, email, and digital channels.
• Build quick rapport with clients and apply persuasive rebuttal skills and problem-solving to keep them in program.
• Follow established quality guidelines to ensure clients are cared for with integrity.
• Document client discussions clearly using Salesforce CRM.
• Meet performance criteria set by management and adhere to policies.
