Greenberg Gross LLP is seeking an Intake Specialist to join our growing team. In this remote-forward role, you will handle calls, texts, and emails from potential clients, gather essential information, and create a concise case intake summary.

We value clear communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or with a team. Bilingual Spanish is a plus; travel and overtime may be required as needed.

• Professional communication skills.

• Intake experience is a plus.
• Great people skills are necessary.
• Call center or high volume call environment preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
• Tech savvy.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Ability to work overtime and travel as needed is also required.

Responsabilidades

• Connect with potential clients via calls, texts, and emails.
• Take accurate, detailed notes, with the ability to organize the notes into a complete summary.
• Handle calls with genuine empathy and compassion.
• Organize and maintain notes using CRM software.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
