Job summary

Alert Communications is seeking a Part-Time Remote Intake Specialist to serve as the initial point of contact for individuals reaching out to law firms, conducting empathetic intake interviews and capturing accurate case details to facilitate a smooth onboarding from the first call.

Preferred candidates have prior customer service or call center experience, bilingual English/Spanish is highly desired, and must meet remote-work hardware requirements.

Qualifications

• Residence in Arizona (excluding Flagstaff).
• Part-time shifts including at least one weekend day and holidays.
• Experience in customer service, call centers, client onboarding, sales, or hospitality.
• Experience in legal, insurance, or medical intake is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Make first contact with callers, chats, and inquiries with empathy.
• Conduct structured legal intake interviews and assess client needs.
• Log notes, complete intake questionnaires, and enter data accurately across systems.
• Navigate multiple software systems while maintaining an engaging call presence; represent the brand.
