Greenberg Gross LLP seeks an Intake Specialist to join our Las Vegas office. You will connect with potential clients via calls, texts, and emails, gather detailed information, and create clear summaries for the team.

This role requires empathy, strong communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. We value bilingual candidates (Spanish a plus), independence with team collaboration, and reliability for overtime.

We currently have an opening for an Intake Specialist in our Las Vegas office.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Connect with potential clients via calls, texts, and emails.
• Take accurate, detailed notes, with the ability to organize the notes into a complete summary.

• Organize and maintain notes using CRM software.
