Job summary

Turner Ross Germain is seeking a Global Intake Specialist to own the personal injury intake process from first inquiry through file setup. You will respond promptly to new leads, conduct thorough intake interviews, and document details in CasePeer.

You will help convert qualified prospects into signed clients while maintaining urgency and precision across remote communications. You will collaborate with the team, gather essential incident information, and ensure onboarding is smooth for newly

Qualifications

3–5 years of direct intake experience with a U.S.-based personal injury law firm.
Fluent in English and Spanish with excellent written and verbal communication.
Ability to respond promptly and own the intake process.
Familiarity with CasePeer and related intake workflows.

Responsibilities

Intake Management: handle inbound calls and complete the full intake to file setup.
Client Conversion: move qualified leads through engagement and onboarding.
Data Entry: accurately enter intake details into CasePeer; keep files organized.
Initial Documentation: prepare letters of representation and initial documents.
Intake Follow-Through: track inquiries, signed documents, and file setup items.
Initial Supporting Documentation: collect medical records, police reports, and IDs.
Client Communication: maintain timely communication via phone, text, and digital channels.
Collaboration: coordinate with staff via Microsoft Teams.
