Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience in phone-based or client-facing roles
• Experience handling inbound and outbound calls
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong listening and problem-solving abilities
• Demonstrated empathy and emotional intelligence
• Ability to stay calm and professional in stressful conversations
• Ability to follow strict compliance guidelines
• Typing speed of at least 35 wpm
• Comfortable working across multiple applications and windows while documenting information
• Reliable attendance, especially during the first 90 days

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with new and existing clients
• Verify client information accurately
• Explain the intake process, client journey, and next steps
• Schedule consultations and appointments
• Follow up with clients who completed enrollment but not connected with the right team
• Assist clients who have not completed enrollment
• Document every interaction in the CRM
• Escalate complaints and sensitive situations per procedures
• Ensure compliance and accurate process guidance
