Job summary

Greenberg Gross LLP in Las Vegas is seeking an Intake Specialist to join our team. You will connect with potential clients via calls, texts, and emails, capturing accurate notes and summaries with empathy. You will organize information in our CRM and support a collaborative team environment.

The role is full-time in our Las Vegas office, with a schedule Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts. Spanish bilingual ability is a plus, and travel may be required. Competitive pay and benefits offered.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Connect with potential clients via calls, texts, and emails.
• Take accurate, detailed notes, with the ability to organize the notes into a complete summary.
• Handle calls with genuine empathy and compassion.
• Organize and maintain notes using CRM software.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills And Experience

• High volume call center experience
• Professional communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
• Great people skills are necessary.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
• Tech savvy.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Ability to work overtime and travel as needed is also required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
