Job summary

Hire Hangar is seeking a detail-oriented Client Implementation & Operations Analyst to support the setup, configuration, and launch of new B2B client accounts within a fast-paced outsourcing environment. This full-time role sits at the intersection of client onboarding and internal operations in a remote-capable team.

You will build trackers, run pre-launch audits, monitor post-launch performance, and provide data-driven reporting to leadership, leveraging Google Sheets/Excel and collaboration

Qualifications

• Experience in a Client Implementation, Operations Analyst, or Technical Onboarding role within a BPO/outsourcing environment.
• Strong analytical skills across multiple systems and data sources.
• Experience building reports, trackers, and client implementation documentation.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel with formulas and data organization.
• Excellent written and spoken English with a professional communication style.
• Prior remote work experience with remote collaboration tools, ideally with US- or UK-based clients.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the technical and operational setup of new B2B client accounts, including configurations and tool integrations.
• Coordinate with onboarding, IT, and operations teams to capture and implement client requirements.
• Build and maintain implementation trackers, status reports, and client-facing documentation.
• Conduct pre-launch audits and quality checks to verify configurations meet client specs.
• Monitor post-launch performance data and flag anomalies to internal teams.
• Maintain records of client setups, configurations, and change requests in internal systems.
• Document implementation processes and contribute to onboarding playbooks and SOPs.
• Provide data-driven reporting to leadership on timelines, bottlenecks, and outcomes.
