Job summary

MailResponse LLC is hiring for a remote, client-facing operations role in the United States. You will own client relationships, translate requests into clear tickets for our dev team, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks. You’ll QC data files, coordinate microsite/landing page workflows, and document our processes as you learn the platform.

This role is not a development position and focuses on data files, FTP transfers, and ensuring seamless client experiences.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in client-facing operations, coordination, or account management.
• Take ownership—own problems until solved.
• Comfort with data files: CSVs and FTP transfers.
• Clear written communication with clients and developers.
• Highly organized, reliable, and available during business hours (9-5 MT).
• Able to learn a technical product by understanding what it does.

Responsibilities

• Own client communication and respond within 2 hours.
• Join client calls, take notes, and outline next steps.
• QC client data files and validate fields.
• Manage file transfers via FTP and coordinate handoffs.
• Package briefs for developers and create ClickUp tickets.
• Keep ClickUp organized and follow up on tasks.
• Write SOPs and document workflows for institutional knowledge.
