Hireframe is seeking an Operations Support Specialist to streamline core operations in a remote, professional services setting. You will collaborate with the CEO and leadership across HR, finance, client success, and admin operations.

The role requires process-driven, detail-oriented leadership as you manage onboarding, payroll, capacity planning, and QA standards while supporting remote teams in a fast-moving firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, HR, Accounting, or related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in operations management in professional services or similar.
• Experience in HR admin, payroll, and workforce planning.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HR & team operations and payroll processes.
• Manage onboarding, training budgets, and OKR tracking.
• Analyze time tracking, utilization, and client reporting.
• Coordinate IT provisioning and cloud-based tool usage.
