Job summary

Mars Veterinary Health is seeking a Client Financial Services Coordinator for a remote position. You will contact Banfield clients about delinquent Wellness Plan payments and arrange acceptable payment plans while supporting hospital questions and client inquiries.

The role requires at least 1 year of customer service experience, excellent communication, and solid multitasking and time management abilities. Remote work with flexible scheduling may be required.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• Excellent communication skills required.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
• Strong client contact handling and active listening skills required.

Responsibilities

• Notify delinquent clients by phone and email regarding Wellness Plan invoices.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and document transactions.
• Respond to Wellness Plan questions and general client inquiries.
• Maintain privacy and professional client experience in all interactions.
• Document calls and resolutions in relevant systems.
